Returns
If you’d like to return your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us. Orders postmarked after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
Purchases may be returned within our return policy window to our warehouse below. We recommend you use a postal service with a tracking option to help prevent lost packages:

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for your return to be processed. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
Towel Coloration
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. All our items are made with organic Turkish cotton and as such, natural color variations may vary from piece to piece, meaning that if you buy multiple of the same towel, the colors may not match exactly. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at cs@infusezensupport.com within 3 business days of receipt. Include a photo of the defect and your order number so we can look into the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited inventory.
Lost, Stolen or Mis-Shipped Merchandise Due to Incorrect Address on Order:
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address on their order is correct. We cannot change or modify the shipping address once your order has been placed, and we are unable to stop or divert a package once it has been shipped. We are unable to refund any items that are not received due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or if the package is refused by the customer, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit or once they have been delivered.
